Brushed 18/8 stainless steel over a 16-ounce reservoir: the largest bottle in the steel line, driven by a trigger rather than a propellant, so what lands on the food is only the oil or vinegar you put in it.
18/8 steel does not melt beside a hob and will not shatter if it goes off the counter, and a brushed silver finish hides the fingerprints a polished one would collect. Latex-free, BPA-free and DEHP-free throughout.
Every pull meters out 1.35 millilitres — the same dose each time — thrown as a fan rather than a jet, so a measured amount of oil covers a whole pan instead of pooling in the middle of it.
It takes vegetable, olive, canola, peanut and sesame oil, and handles balsamic vinegar for dressings and finishing without the head seizing up. No propellants, no chemicals, nothing but what you poured in.
The steel bottle is dishwasher safe; wash the sprayer head by hand. Refilling from a bulk bottle costs a fraction of the equivalent in aerosol cans, and both parts are reusable and recyclable.
