- The 16-ounce steel bottle in purple: an 18/8 stainless body, a mechanical trigger and nothing else. No propellant is stored inside it, so the spray carries no chemical of any kind onto the food.
- 18/8 stainless will not clog, melt or shatter, and the coloured finish resists fingerprints. The bottle is free of BPA, latex, lead and DEHP and meets Proposition 65 requirements.
- Pull the trigger and 1.35 millilitres leaves the nozzle as a wide fan, the same amount every time. Portion control is not a setting here — it is simply how much the mechanism moves per stroke.
- Suitable for vegetable, olive, canola, peanut or sesame oil, and for balsamic vinegar when a dressing wants misting rather than pouring. Sixteen ounces is enough to go a long time between refills.
