- Precise portion control: the trigger releases a consistent quarter-teaspoon each time it is pulled, which is what makes a recipe repeatable and a calorie count meaningful. The fan-shaped spray puts that quarter-teaspoon across far more surface area than a pour would reach, so less oil does more work.
- A genuinely general-purpose kitchen tool — frying, sauteing, roasting, baking, grilling and finishing all want a thin even film rather than a puddle. It takes olive oil, any pourable cooking oil and vinegars, and dispenses them unadulterated, with nothing added on the way out.
- The elongated neck and shaped trigger keep it comfortable through a long prep session, and there is no pumping or priming to do before the first spray. A twist-on funnel comes in the box for clean refills, along with reusable bands you can slip round the bottle to mark what is inside.
