- Two small trigger sprayers, one yellow and one green, so the oil and the vinegar can sit side by side and still be told apart at a glance. Neither uses a propellant, neither needs pumping or priming, and neither clogs the way a canned spray head does.
- Each bottle holds 8 ounces — the size that stays out on the counter instead of going back in the cupboard. Designed by the Michael Graves Design Group and made from food-safe materials free of latex, BPA and DEHP.
- The nozzles rotate, so the fan can be laid flat across a pan or turned upright to reach into a bowl. Roughly a quarter-teaspoon leaves per pull and spreads over enough surface to make the portion and calorie difference obvious.
- Keeping two ready is the point of the pair: house olive oil in one, balsamic or a flavoured oil in the other, both within reach while you cook rather than one buried behind the other.
- Suited to home and commercial kitchens alike. The shatterproof bottles are top-rack dishwasher safe; wash the sprayer heads by hand and clear the triggers through with hot water.
