Evo Glass Oil Sprayer, 6-Ounce Red — Propellant-Free Trigger Bottle for Grilling and BBQ Prep
★★★☆☆ 3.0 / 5 · 2 verified ratings
- Built for the run-up to a cookout: fill the glass body with olive oil, a high-smoke-point cooking oil or a thin vinegar and mist it straight onto the food. No propellants, no chemical carriers, no priming stroke before the first spray, and a valve that stays clear instead of gumming up the way canned spray heads do.
- Six ounces of capacity in a 6 by 4.5 by 2 inch bottle — enough for a full grill session without a refill, compact enough to carry outside with the tongs. The Michael Graves Design Group shaped it, and every food-contact material is free of latex, BPA and DEHP, so the red finish is decoration rather than coating.
- Rotate the nozzle and the fan pattern turns with it: horizontal for laying oil across a whole grate, vertical for the sides of a basket or a skewer. A quarter-teaspoon per pull covers more metal than a drizzle would, and because the bottle is glass rather than a pressurised aerosol it is safe to use near a live gas burner.
- Grates take a thin even film so nothing welds itself to the bars, chicken and fish get a coat that holds a rub in place, and vegetables hit the heat glossy instead of soaked. The same bottle finishes the plate afterwards with a mist of good oil over the sliced meat.
- Once the grill has cooled, hand wash the glass bottle, the sprayer and the clear trigger in hot water — no dishwasher cycle required, and nothing to unscrew beyond the head. It refills from any oil you already buy in bulk, which is where the running cost falls away compared with a summer of disposable cans, and the glass itself is fully recyclable when you are finally done with it.
