- A purple glass body finished by the Michael Graves Design Group, whose work on this bottle earned the range its design awards. Every part that touches food is latex-free, BPA-free and DEHP-free. The bottle stands 6 inches tall on a 4.5 by 2 inch footprint and holds a full 6 ounces — small enough to live beside the stove rather than in a cupboard.
- The nozzle turns, so the fan lies flat across a wide roasting tray or stands upright to reach the side of a bowl. One pull releases roughly a quarter-teaspoon and spreads it over far more surface than the same amount poured, which is how the bottle becomes a portion-control tool as much as a dispensing one.
